3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour after a successful request

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be owned by the same person. Transacting from another person's account or on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Currency

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus can only be received on one account — if multiple accounts from the same device or IP claim a bonus, all may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be added to the main balance after the wagering requirements are met.
• If any bonus offer is used in a fraudulent manner, the account may be suspended.
• kokww reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

kokww's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tiers can be upgraded by maintaining an active playing streak. Cashback terms apply separately for each tier and may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kokww platform:

• Conducting any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting") or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Operating an account using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorism.
• Harassing, intimidating, or acting harmfully toward other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Selling, transferring, or giving an account to a third party.

If any of the above activities are proven, kokww may immediately terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance.

8.1 Bet Cancellation & Result Disputes

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, kokww reserves the right to determine the correct result. Affected users may contact the support team directly for assistance.

8.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Markets available in the sports betting section will be settled according to the rules of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the applicable rules for the related bet will be followed.

8.3 Interrupted Games

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or any other reason, the result saved in the game provider's system will be considered final.
